SCAM - Order never shipped

"I placed my order EU1916 on the 3rd of June. On their website it says up to 5 business days for shipment. We’re now the 19th of June and still no shipping confirmation and no tracking number. I contacted customer service 3 times already with no reply. I’m convinced this is starting to become a scam and I will take it up with my bank. Avoid at all costs. I will also file a complaint to Citizen Advice consumer service in the UK."
