Orders over 50€ : Free, 4-5 working days (Tracked Shipping)

Orders under 50€ : 7€, 4-5 working days (Tracked Shipping)

Expedited Delivery : 12€, 2-3 working days (Tracked Shipping)

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

 

Duties and Taxes

All orders within the EU will be delivered with duties and taxes already paid in full.

Customers located outside of the EU are responsible for paying all duties & taxes applicable to their order, if requested on delivery. We are unable to offer refunds for orders that are unwanted or unclaimed as a result of duty & tax charges.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We really hope that you enjoy your towel, but if you aren't 100% satisfied, then we will be happy to organise a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

To request a refund, please contact us and we will get back to you with the relevant information specific to your region. Once we have received the returned item, we will issue you with a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the shipping cost of returning an unwanted item or incorrect selection.
